You take control of Grace again. First, head downstairs to the Guard Room. This is a safe area with a typewriter and item box where enemies cannot enter. In the pharmacy next to the Guard Room, you will meet Emily and obtain the West Wing Keycard.

When entering the West Wing for the first time, you must go through the kitchen, where you'll encounter the Chef Mutant for the first time. This enemy is huge and highly aggressive — do not engage him head-on. While he's distracted, push the large metal pot cart to slowly clear a path to the exit. If you hear him yell "Wrong" or "Next," quickly retreat to the kitchen entrance and hide. He isn't particularly intelligent, but being seen is a hassle. Repeat this 2-3 times to safely cross the kitchen.

Proceed into the next corridor to unlock a shortcut to the West Wing entrance, so you won't have to pass the Chef again later. Then head into the dining room. Remember to pick up the B934 handgun on the floor along the way — don't miss it.

At the end of the corridor, behind the dining room is the cold storage door, but the lock will break as soon as you twist it, making it impossible to open. Instead, turn around and go up the stairs to the bar lounge above the dining room. If you're feeling bold, you can find the S&S M232 handgun behind the bar counter — this is Grace's exclusive pistol she lost earlier.

Pass through the bar lounge and continue down the corridor to reach the Chairman's Office. First, pick up the unicorn jewelry box on the desk and examine it to open it. The red gem inside is used to unlock the West Wing's reception room. After clearing all enemies in the room, use the pencil on the desk to scribble in the notebook, revealing the puzzle box password order: Moon → Sun → Star → Moon. Entering this code will allow you to obtain the Moon Quartz.

Leave the Chairman's Office, turn right to return to the main hall, and insert the Moon Quartz into the large door at the back.
