Continue forward. Once the staff at the service counter on the right has left, approach and pick up the Jiaomu City Guide. A missing persons notice is displayed at the adjacent counter, where you can find relevant background information.

Pass through the scaffolding area, bending down in the narrow sections. Reach the end of the path and enter the building through the employee passage at the rear.

Turn on the flashlight and continue exploring. Approaching the door will trigger the storyline. Then open your inventory and review the investigation report.

There's a bar on the left; after conducting an investigation, you'll find a photo of Grace. Turn the photo over, and you'll discover an old key and a note stating that you should meet at Room 204.

Continue exploring: Go to the restroom and lift the lid of the last toilet seat on the left. Once ready, use the key you just found to open the door on the right side of the counter.

As you walk down the corridor, you'll find a hotel brochure on the floor at the corner, stating that Jiaomu Hotel opened in 1928. In the drawer of the desk in the office on the right lies a closure notice, while a detailed map of the hotel hangs on the wall.

Leave the office and go up to the second floor. Just past the stairs, you'll find a wire cutter in the half-open drawer of the table on the left. Use it to cut the wire on the far-left door, then walk down the corridor to Room 204.

After entering the room, turn off the radio, go behind the bathroom curtains to take a look, and carefully examine the photos placed on the bed. Adjust your perspective until the interaction point appears on the farthest photo.
